Actually a blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot harvested in four weeks during September and October. Aged in 100% new American oak for 25 months before spending 20 months in the bottle prior to release.

2007 tasting - This is a very dark red wine with an excellent interesting bouquet which hints of berry and spice. The flavor is very dry with hints of berry and sandy earth and continues into a dry aftertaste.
